The burgers were very nice no problems there. The chips were coated in salt and herbs to much far too much. We scrapped off a table spoon of seasoning and they were still too salty.

I tried the Mary’s Lamb today, and it was great. I also bought my favourite rekorderlig Swedish cider, which was a bit higher than the average price. The seating area was very beautiful, and I enjoyed the street view. The staff was good and helpful. The outdoor area is really good for big group and lot of space.

The customer service was amazing! The young girl with the cat tattoo and red hair (I was unable to catch her name) was so polite and patient with my two young kids. She offered us a high chair straight away and asked the kids if they would like some colouring pages and crayons. When the kids asked for tomato sauce there was no hassle to get them some and she gave them some extra coins to put in the jugs at the front. Was very refreshing getting dinner at a place with staff so patient with kids!!

Issues with a delivery spoke to manager said not their problem even though it was incorrect from their side. Sliders only had half a bun, received a single serve of chips rather than a share serve that I had paid for, and my $20 salad was half a small box with only 4 bite size pieces of chicken.

I visited Grill’d on Bayliss Street with my godson. I enjoyed one of the best burgers I have ever had. The Mary’s Little Lamb, lamb burger with goat’s cheese, avocado, pomegranate seeds and mint along with usual lettuce and tomato and a tasty relish. And the bun was real bread, not the tasteless rubbish you get in some burger laces. All accompanied with a very pleasant shiraz. I shared some chips with my godson,who had an equally tasty burger, but I found the chips a bit too salty for my taste. However they were not wasted. My godson, a soldier at Kapooka, has a hearty appetite.

Usually pretty good but tonight as a pregnant woman I had a burger and only noticed half way through that there were a lot of pink bits. Undercooked ground beef is not safe for anyone, but the fact that I’m pregnant just made it worse.
