Burger was absolutely delicious I wish I ordered two and the fries were so fresh! The restaurant is very comfortable and clean and the service was extremely fast. Four stars as Grilled has become super expensive. We spent $32 on a beef burger, fries, drink and dip. We actually couldn’t believe it when we went to pay. But I guess you are paying for the quality but we won’t be able to afford to go back too often 🙁

Without taking into account the price the burgers are amazing, sweet potato chips were a little more crispy then I liked one time but they are still delicious. The workers are so nice made sure we were comfortable eating there the whole time and explained certain things. Also didn’t judge that I’m a very fussy eater and had barely anything on my burger (which I’ve had from other places)

We were the only customers for over half an hour, the three staff were just standing behind the counter and almost all of the tables in the restaurant were dirty and needed to be wiped down. Had to walk around and make sure the chairs didn’t have food on them also.

Do not recommend. Went there this evening, there were 3 total tables occupied with 2 people at each and it took 40 minutes to get our food out, and they forgot the drinks. I could’ve gone to Woolworths next door and cooked my own burgers and it would’ve taken less time. Staff were ignorant of the red stick on the table and did not even greet us. Staff in the food preparation area seemed to not have a care in the world wondering around more focused on chatting than getting the food ready. Another table complained about their food taking so long and they were told ‘it just needed to be put together’ after 40 minutes of waiting, there isn’t much more to do to a burger than cook chicken then put it together. The burger buns came out cold and crunch with limited salads. The outdoor area was getting packed away whilst we were seated out there at 7pm, when the opening hours state they are open until 10pm. Poor service and below quality meal.
