Absolute joke. I received my Aussie impossible burger with completely charcoal patty. I rang to complain & I just got a “sorry get a refund from door dash” but you cooked this burger & sent it out like this? It’s not edible & I think Grilld should take accountability for sending out these “healthy burgers” it’s a no from me. $22 for this gem. Door dash didn’t cook it? How can you put this on a burger it’s actually entertaining!

great place to go dine in with family and friends. super friendly staff and the food was amazing! the rosemary on the chips was a bit to strong but other then that it was great. got our meal considerably fast and i am very impressed at how they managed to serve everyone really quickly.

Staff were very slow despite only having 2 other customers waiting on orders. Staff were seen talking to one another despite order being ready. Panini bun was dry and cursty not soft and floury. I informed Staff however they did not offer refund or to remake the burger.
