Good food with gluten free and vegan options. Service was terrible. The two waiters were chatting when half the tables weren’t cleaned, very messy. We asked for our table to be cleaned. They forgot. We ordered food and drinks but they forgot the drinks both times I’ve been there. Had to chase for them before the meal was finished. Sometimes the food is a bit rushed, last time zucchini fries fell apart before even touching them.

had the summer sunset beef burger $16.5 and simon says chicken burger $15.5 with a side of snack-sized chips $4.9 fr dinner one monday evening. went with the traditional buns and we love how fresh and soft they were! thick-cut chips were absolutely delicious too. though it would’ve been nice if the service staff had mentioned to me that the teeny tiny tub of sauce is gonna cost me $1.2 instead of just prompting me if i’d like one.

My firs time trying grill’d and the experience wasn’t good. First of all the bread was hard as a rock, we could knocked out someone, the little buns and the bun for the burger called almighty, very very far from almighty. I can tell that is an old bun.

Always awesome tasty burgers with friendly service. Our kids love the kids pack and the latest heroes toys. Waygu beef burger was super juicy and full of flavour. The chips share plate is always a family favourite. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I was foolish enough to try Grill’d Broadway again, after having a poor experience on my last visit. This time again, the service was incredibly slow. None of the spare tables had been cleaned so we cleared and cleaned our own. We then waited 20min or more for our burger order which was completely wrong and it appeared we’d been charged for the wrong burger and additional fries. My only recommendation for this establishment is to avoid it at all costs! To the owners, last time we advised you directly of our poor experience, you promised a voucher to apologise. That voucher and email never arrived and you’ve done nothing for the service or quality since.
