Went into drive through last Sunday. Asked for the advertised bacon and egg toastini at the speaker, however after silence I was told the advertised deal apparently was not going. So we ordered 2 chicken toastinis instead. After a terribly slow 20 minute wait to the window, I was all of a sudden told when trying to pay they did not even have chicken toastinis. After wasting half an hour of my life, I left the drive thru with nothing. Completely incompetent and disgraceful service, I won’t be coming back and I’ll be making sure everyone I know is aware of my terrible experience. The person who was operating the drive thru speakers last Sunday should be fired for their complete inability to know their own menu availability and promotions.

Drinks are always lovely. However everything I go to oder something that needs to be toasted ots always off. Like today it was 3.30 and off to be cleaned. Shop does not close until 5. Quite disappointed

Easy drive thru on days where it is not busy. However, no variety of drinks on the menu like other coffee places. Can’t go as much though, as lines are past KFC and the ampol fuel station.
