If I could give no stars I would. The staff refused too resolve my coffee problem they said they were on shift so they could not help me even though there were 3 staff on duty in an almost empty cafe. So I asked to speak to a manager as I was not happy with the service given and the lady ‘Kim’ said she was the manager, I proceeded to say I would be contacting the owner to inform her of my bad experience. ‘Kim’ the “manager” who lacks any people skills proceeded too tell me it wouldn’t matter if i contacted the owner as it’s her stepmother and she talks to her all the time. *Great Manager skills* If you think your going to get a coffee with a smile think again.
