Have been a regular for maybe 6mnths now. Staff are always friendly & helpfull. Always order the same coffee (large cappucino,2 sugars in a mug dine-in). I even point to the mug i want when i order. But my name’s called, i go up & im presented with a takeaway cup. Ive never ever ordered a takeaway. And the gentleman before me got his mug so its not like they’d run out of mugs lile i first thought. Nothing wrong with the coffee itself. Not a major issue but a minor gripe.

I have been going to Gloria Jean’s on and off for some time. I have given up now and I won’t go back. I am tired of seeing their staff neglect the tables and I can’t stand they don’t bring your order to your table. Instead you hear “here you go Hazel” it peeves me. Gloria Jean at Stockland have their counter around the wrong way. If it was the other way, they would see the dirty tables. Hinkler store is the same only they can see the tables and still don’t get onto clearing them. Gloria Jean really needs to review their practices. I am tired of the mistakes as well as far as burning the coffee and geting the order wrong. I have kept going back for another try but the errors keep happening. Won’t be back.
