Love Gems Cafe, the food is to die for!! The customer service is brilliant, coffee is great and they cater to all milk types plus they have syrups too. The eggs and the waffles… YUM! Place is clean and tidy and pricing is great. Definitely recommend

Went into the cafe and the guy who was attempting to serve us who was lovely was cut off by the barista who asked him to go and serve the tables…. Waited for about 15 minutes for our two coffees. The order was wrong and when we asked about it the girl said “well it wasn’t my mistake blame the other staff” the coffee was cold. Do not recommend.

We went to Gems Cafe today. We read reviews prior to going and I was a little concerned, however my concerns disappeared from the moment we entered. The staff at the front counter were so welcoming, the food was just delicious. Honestly if my stomach was larger I would have reordered another plate. The owner actually came out and asked us how our meal was, she was so kind and welcoming. Thanks for a great dining experience, we can’t wait to come back when we are in the area.

This is the best Cafe I have been to for years. I had the Waffles with berry’s & iced coffee. My dad had a breakfast bagel. Will go back again. Best service & so much food I couldn’t finish it all. The staff are so friendly.
