Seriously the best gelato I’ve ever tasted. Açai, the best also. Had awesome service by a man with a pony tail. Highly recommend the açai and the lemon meringue gelato. So many flavours to choose from; made it hard for me to choose. And always great to see 5 stars on the front door. Keep up the good work guys!

We Regularly visit this shop for gelato however decided to try the Açai Bowls today. Unfortunately they were extremely flavourless with stale granola when returning to the store to give feed back and request them to be remade or a refund was told to “f*#k off” “you better not come back here again” by the rude man with a pony tail as he aggressively paced around the back of the shop and past me to exit the shop while continuing on his rant. Had a very rude service from a man with a pony tail here today which i would assume is the owner. We purchased smoothies from here and my wife asked him for an extra cardboard cup so our toddler can have a bit of our smoothly, his response was yes but I will charge you for it, like really? That’s rough.

i went into this shop and few weeks ago and i have got to say they have the best customer service i have ever seen. i asked for this young lady’s name and it was bonnie she was a great worker, so nice , extremely fast service looking forward to coming back .

No longer offer tastings or 1/2 scoops apparently, very blunt, rude service. Feels like I created a chore for them by paying $18 for 3 scoops of mediocre icecream. Unfortunately the only icecream shop in caba though so surviving off no competition.
