Impeccable! Red Ruby cocktail delicious, a new favourite. Decor, Cocktails, Food, menu selection, barman, and wait service were top notch, meal order to table time was great, extremely personable customer service, the atmosphere had the perfect balance for a great vibe, without being noisy. Worth the price. A wonderful place to splurge and spoil yourselves. Definitely returning!!

High tea staff need more training. My first pot of tea, served in a coffee plunger was poured with lukewarm water. After seeping it was cold. My friends tea was hot. On asking for another pot, hot water was poured over the tea in a new pot and promptly poured into my tea cup without seeping! Essentially water was poured into my tea cup. Third tea cup later, we finally had tea. But the sugar that was requested was forgotten about. The high tea was too dessert heavy. The sausage roll was luke warm. The scone was cold. The kingfish was lovely was was the banana. No coffee was offered.

Aaron at the bar is delightful as always. It’s been a good few months, and he remembered us and the drinks we like. A good conversation, and we found out it’s his 1 year anniversary next week at the Sofitel! He’s a gem of a find! (The bar is nice too )
