What a disappointment. We came in for morning tea with a friend & her children. I ordered coffees for the adults & hot chocolates for the children. I asked the young woman who took my order to please ensure the hot chocolates are only served warm as they are for young children (ages from 2 to 6).

I usually love coming here for the delicious healthy food, menu and great service but today I was very disappointed. We were given such attitude it made me feel sick. Yes it was busy but a few tables were available in the outside section but in the direct sun. We suggested we move the table out of the sun into the shade, further away from patrons and out of any flow of service, in the already outdoor section.
