Great place for breakfast in Albany. I had the eggs your way (full) with a half serve of bacon and my partner the pancakes. The scrambled eggs are really really good and the pancakes where also good! Generous servings and good atmosphere. I can really recommend Frederick’s for a good breakfast in Albany! ⭐

One of the best cheeseburgers I have ever tasted. Perfect balance of flavours and the beef was juicy but not greasy and it was all tied together with the pickles. Chips were really good too. Get some extra napkins

Food and drinks are standard nothing stands out. 3 stars as they don’t have toilet facilities. My son did not like how the pancake was made, a little bit bitter.

Quite a disappointing start to our holiday! We paid almost $100 for breakfast for 4 people just to be disappointed. It took 25 minutes for it to be served in a non busy hour. The eggs on the Benedict were overcooked, the sauce tasted sour and had to ask for the elements like maypole syrup be served with what presented on the menu. The fresh juice was only commendable. I do not recommend it.
