I ordered a combo hub ..but the quantity was very less..and the fries were saggy I could bet it was old ones. The burger was good. I was not even asked for any choice of sauces in the beginning. But when I opened my snack pac and asked for some sauce only after that I was told ABT the sauce. And when I asked for the sauce I could literally hear wat the chef was telling me. I culd hear tht bad word. As I am a South Indian and I know Hindi I could understand the word. Is this the way you treat the customers. I didn’t want to create a scene so I left the place. Such a bad experience. Please look after this issue.

The Hub’s Straya burger tastes great. There is a good combination of flavours from the beetroot, beef rashers, egg, cheese, onion, grilled pineapple and sauces. The beef patty was also tasty, but in my burger it was hard and chewy. The chips were crispy and all up the meal was very substantial and good value for money.

The food was very cold by the time it arrived. They forgot half our order and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of our order to be delivered. When I called about half of our food being missing the person on the phone recognised our order and acknowledged that they didn’t have half our items yet they did not call or substitute food items. The food was very overpriced and was definitely not worth $100 for half of our items being forgotten, stale chips, cold food and a long wait time. This place is very unprofessional and should not be operating.

Once the food was delivered, it was no longer warm and we had to reheat it. Also, some of the items were missing, such as the sauce we wanted. However the food was tasty overall, it was only the slow delivery ( so the food became cold) and the small mishaps with the order which were an issue.

Food took 1 hour and 15 minutes, I only live 5 minutes away. Food was stone cold and meat was undercooked, one of the worst burgers I’ve ever eaten. Do not recommend . also took it to the wrong address
