When we first moved to redbank plains, We tried Fish Depot a couple of time, But always little bit dissapointing the serving size was small and everything is frozen not fresh and nothing local, Its pretty standard for the area most chip shops are abit average.

The quality of food and customer service has drastically reduced since it has come under new management. Fish fillets have reduced in size, constantly dry and overcooked. The fish and chips taste like they have been cooked in very old oil and overall portion sizes have decreased yet the prices still remain high. Id be very reluctant to eat there anymore.

Worst experience I’ve had , i asked the girl behind the counter what was in one of the packs she told me so i ordered it , then get told 20 min later after watching him yell at the young girl that what she told us wasn’t actually in the pack , the owner refused to make our order and gave my money back and was so rude to us. Never eating here again.
