Fisch on Broadway came from the passion of two families who have been involved in the catching and the serving of West Australian seafood for over 20 years. It is a simple recipe of using the best of local seafood and cooking it with the best local condiments and letting the product do the talking. Passion and simplicity will alway’s be a winner.

Staying in the area visiting family, at first I thought the price was a little steep, but it’s the best seafood basket I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly cooked squid and prawns and glad I upgraded to the mackerel. The chips were also perfectly done. They put care into the food and it shows.

Extremely poor customer service experience in Perth. The elderly lady working at the cash register was the most impolite person I’ve met in Perth. My boyfriend and I noticed a sign advertising Fish and Chips for $9.50, and that’s what we wanted. However, when we ordered that meal, she informed us that it now costs $11.50. Since we weren’t very hungry, we said we are good. Shockingly, the lady responded with, “You can’t spare an extra $2?” I pointed out that her remark was impolite, but she and a man in the kitchen started shouting at us as we left. Their behavior was incredibly disrespectful. I have no intention of ever returning to this restaurant.

I had yet another pleasant and enjoyable experience here. Ordered fish and chips with squid rings. I see past reviews that state the staff where “rude” however they where not all staff where pleasant and friendly from ordering to deliver of my food. The fish and chips where fresh, hot, crispy and delicious as wheee the squid. Thanks for another wonderful evening and meal.

Had THE very best scallops in my life here don’t know where they caught this from but so happy I tried it after the lady at the counter recommended it. Sweetest and most decadent slivers I’ve ever had, the best a must try! Oh the fish n chips were good too!

First time ordering from here, just happened to be driving past and saw it was open. Ordered 4x grilled Medium Hake and Chips for the family. Chips were excellent – really crisp and perfectly salted. The grilled hake was nicely cooked, just added some pepper and salt when I got home. Bit of a wait for the food, but for $70, it felt like good value. Will definitely be back.

Found this little gem last night. As good a fish and chips as we’ve ever eaten. Enjoyed our fresh homemade salad as well. Welcoming and friendly service, in extremely clean premises. Looking forward to our return visit when we’re back in town, and we’ll definitely be dining in next time.
