Great friendly staff, put the AFL footy on for you, Robin the Duty Manager was fantastic. When on the GC, this has been my go to pub for 10 years. Great meals and cold XXXX Gold. The place to be!

Visited based on a recommendation and even returned because everything was so great Shepherd’s pie was delicious as per recommendation, barman was Irish (which we should all expect from an Irish bar) and service was fantastic.

The meals were quite nice and the service was ok but they had a band that sounded ok but at 7:00 at night it was so loud that you couldn’t talk because you couldn’t hear over the volume of the band. Maybe after dinner around 8:30 -9:00 crank up the volume and sit back and have a few drinks and enjoy the music. But not very enjoyable when trying to eat a meal and having music blasting in the background

Great new Irish bar in town. The place has had a whole revamp, and looks very smart and functional. They have great staff, and serve food. There’s a great deal on Sundays when they serve a roast for 12 dollar’s, plus a pint of Guinness for 6. Happy hour Monday to Fridays 16:30 to 18:30, some beers down to 7 dollars, spirits only 6.

Visited here on Friday 2nd June. Great place for a beer, and to listen to some live music has always been a good place. However, the beers are starting to become very expensive. Great Northern original in a bottle $10.

Myself and my family ate here tonight. I had the chicken curry which was not Irish curry and consisted of about four tablespoons of curry sauce with two tiny pieces of chicken in it and a few piece of very finely diced carrot, accompanied by a load of basmati rice. It was very disappointing and nearly un edible. My husband had steak and chips and the steak was burnt to a crisp!! I won’t be recommending this establishment to any of my Irish friends or family.very disappointing to say the least.
