Authentic Indian food. Exceeded our expectations with such high quality and flavour. The tandoori bread was made so well and exactly as it should be. Truely a gem in gold coast. Service is great too. Very friendly staff. Highly Recommended!!

Never disappointed. This is the fifth time we have ordered from FGs. The food is always fresh and tasty. We always pick up though because we want to make sure we get the food as soon as it is ready. It’s great to have such a fantastic little Indian restaurant just down the road that we know we can count on for awesome food.

Amazing soul food that we came across while travelling to Queensland. We went at an odd time of their closing and still was served with so much of love and warmth. Sagar opened up the kitchen again and served us some yummy food. We ordered paneer with naan and veg noodles. Every single dish was so delicious. Paneer was so soft and made to perfection which complimented garlic naan so well. Noodles was so yummy and took us back to the memory lane of street food back home. Yum yum yum!! Thank you Sagar for showing such warmth and for serving such delicious food ❤️❤️

We’ve been looking for a great Indian place near our home and FGs does the job perfectly. We were their first customers – but we will not be their last! Butter chicken – excellent. Tandoori chicken – perfect. Lamb Korma – outstanding. Prices way cheaper than Surfers and the tourist areas. Tucked away in the local shops on Ashmore Road with plenty of parking outside. If you’re looking for seriously great Indian food at affordable prices without having to go to Surfers – this little local Indian is a real gem worth trying.

Best Indian food we’ve had outside of India (and even then it’s still better than some meals we ate there!) Couldn’t get more authentic if you tried (the restaurant is at the back of the convenience store!) and every single dish is a hit. I recommend the Aloo Tikka Chaat (this is near impossible to find on most menus), the Chana masala, and the Palak paneer. Do yourself a favour and try it out.
