The food was alright but nothing special. If you like hair in your pasta then head on in. My carbonara sauce was scrambled eggs. Pretty pricey for the size too. The staff were like robots missing their personality chips, not terribly rude but I was repeatedly ignored when trying to get someone’s attention for the empty parmesan cheese which was replaced for another near empty one. I asked again for more which came but it seemed like a bit of an inconvenience to have to fill them up. Not a smile in the whole place.

Saw a review of their schnitzel parmi on the South Aussie Schnitzel Review group on Facebook and I had to try it. And let me tell you it didn’t disappoint! I got a chicken schnitzel. It was perfectly cooked and the parmi sauce was so tasty. Great amount of toppings, not over the top and the chips were the best! Even the salad was good. I don’t know what the dressing was, but it tasted really good.

My husband and I shared pizzas with our son and his wife from Birmingham UK who have travelled extensively in Europe. They said the pizzas were one of the best pizzas they had ever eaten. I’m vegetarian and their vegetarian pizza was delicious.

Came to Wallaroo over the 17th to 19th of March for a weekend away with the family. The staff were friendly and attentive. Service was fast and food was top notch! I had a combo AB and it was cooked to perfection! Wife had a chicken snitty with mushroom gravy. Chicken was well cooked and moist, not overly crumbed, chips were crisp and well cooked, gravy was creamy with heaps of mushroom and salad was fresh and crisp too. Also ordered a pizza for the kids to share. Crust was not thick, but not thin, just right and had plenty of toppings, but not over the top. Price was reasonable and servings were generous. Higly recommended
