Having tried all 3 Asian takeaway places in Monbulk, these guys are definitely the best – so far I’ve had the Pad See Ew, the XO fried rice and the nasi goreng and they’ve all been tasty and well put-together, and at reasonable prices too. Fairy Mountain and the Thai place on the other hand were overpriced and didn’t seem to know how to cook basic noodle dishes properly. The shop front might not be as fancy as the others but that doesn’t really matter – the food is better and the people are nice too
