Try the Oba cheese fry. A crunch of its casing releases warm, gooey goodness, pocketed with fragrant shiso leaf. A cool slice of Japan in suburban Goodwood.

Ive been here a couple of times ordered take away before and remember the wait was very long. Today I decided to have dinner on my own, first no soups ramen or noddles, ordered sake, vegetable tempura and sushi roll. No watered offered.

Fantastic place. The staff are super friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable eating on my own. The food was tasty and portion size was good. The sashimi was particularly good, thoroughly recommend.

By far, the utmost disappointing Japanese restaurant I have been to in a very very long time.

Hidden gem in the southern suburbs with tasty side dishes and mains. Highly recommend their soft shell crab, tastes way better than sushi train and its crumbed perfectly. Sashimi was also of high quality. Had good ambience with lots of decor that gave a Japan vibe. Side street parking is readily available. This place is a great choice when you want good quality Japanese food but can’t be stuffed travelling to the city.

This is our first time dine-in this restaurant. Absalutely poor food quality. We ordered two ramens and cant belive they were instant ramen. Noodles are just poor quality instant noodles. They didnt provide chashu but boiled pork. Egg is not soft boiled and came up with a hard boiled half egg. I cant belive they charged 18 dollers for this very poor quality ramen. Absalutly dissapointed with thier customer service and the food.

The boat is brilliant. Extremely fresh seafood, scallops simply rock. Proportions are very big and worth every cent.

We booked for 6pm and ordered at 6:15pm. Food didn’t come until 7:20pm. We talked to the person at the cashier as to why the order took so long and they told us they were just really busy, however not all seats/ tables were fully taken at that time.

Great service and the best Japanese food I’ve had in Adelaide. Portion sizes are filling and reasonably priced, cute interior as well! As you can see the pork belly is so juicy and meaty. Will be back

We have dined here previously and enjoyed it. However, this time was not enjoyable. We booked for 7pm – one person’s meal came out at 7.45pm. They then advised that they had run out of the sauce required for my dish and asked if I would have the same as my partner. I agreed. We had all ordered a main dish with lotus root chips to share. They didn’t have the we ordered either. My meal came out, and then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the 3rd meal to come out, by which time our chicken teriyaki dishes had gone cold. My partner asked for his tobe reheated – I ate mine lukewarm.

Average Japanese dishes, only thing that stood out (after we ask for it again 30mins later) was Sashimi & Sushi platter, which was expensive compare to others but it’s Fresh.
