The service here was absolute rubbish and a waste of a beautiful venue, the staff need some customer service training. We were prohibited from going to the bar and getting our drinks and told it’d be taken at the table (at this point our group booking had been there 30 minutes already with no service) – we had an average of 2 drinks over 4 hours given the lack of order taking, we wove the waitress down politely more times than we should have. We weren’t allowed to split the bill which in a busy restaurant I understand but there was one other table by the time we left and tap and go is not a difficult service to provide. I’d say they were short staffed but there were waitresses floating everywhere I just am not really sure what for. Personality of a brick wall from this place. I’ve heard similar reviews of the service from family and friends. Wont come back.

First time at this venue not impressed told by a staff member breakfast had finished 10.15am and staff were preparing for lunch we could get a juice or coffee nothing to eat till about 11.30 very poor handed menu and decided to sit outside on the decking no table service and whilst we were at the table a large dog not on a leash and very wet came through the tables I would think twice about returning to this venue.

Food was good – service was indifferent – might have been as we weren’t locals. But we did inform them their address on Google is totally incorrect but no one seemed to care. We were staying up the road to play golf and thought we’d just walk here from the accommodation. Not a good idea. Google has their address at the front gate to the estate virtually where in reality they are 1km up the road right on the water in the Sebel Yarrawonga. Not a pleasant walk when it’s 3C in the middle of winter. I’ve reported the data problem to Google as no one in the restaurant seemed to care the address was wrong.

This restaurant forgot a meal both times we ate. One visit we were sat at a table then didn’t come wait our table, then told us no one was working to come out.. you sat us at a table.. how was no one working? The food.. was food.. but nothing special. There’s restaurants in town. Go there.
