Very nice service with smile. A+ for the service. We ordered 2 grilled chicken and some fries. They were out of bread as they were really busy on Father’s Day. Cashier was very nice and advised the bread will be arriving soon, asked for apology and upgraded our drink from cans to bottle ( very good move, a good gesture to keep customers happy)

Love the food though chickens seem to be left for too long waiting to be sold, becoming dry. My complaint is about the cleanliness of the store as we seen tables that were cleaned with food and oil left behind. Floor was moped and chips were left rather than picked up. Please El jannah don’t let us down on hygiene as it’s an integral part of Custer service.

Purchased and shared a Shawarma roll and Chicken roll in a meal. Both as tasty as eachother and couldn’t possibly decide which of the two were the better one. The chips were fresh and crispy with a good amount of seasoning. I drowned everything in a large garlic sauce which was cracker!

Fast food style service and atmosphere. The charcoal chicken and chips was delicious and best thing on the menu. Tried the other items including the beef and chicken platter but would not get them again. Was busy/full at 6-8pm on Sunday. Took at least 20mins to get food. The family chicken platter is enough to feed 4 adults.

I only want to complain about the price of upgrading chips in a family meal. How can it be $16 to Upgrade from large to family? The key word is upgrade because you shouldn’t be buying a whole new set of chips, you’re simply upgrading the existing chips included in your meal.

15 % Service charges added on public holiday but didn’t pay attention to takeaway packaging.Missing item, cold chips. I went there from 20km away definitely didn’t expect this service with extra charges. Do not recommend.

The service was a bit slow, but it was peak hour so no fault of their own. The food was as usual very good, due to peak hour we did get very fresh food served so there’s the silver lining! Always good value for money, and definitely recommend upsizing the garlic if you’re getting a meal that has it
