Eight Slices is a large cafe: it spans two original stores. With a family-friendly vibe there is a play area to one side; but it’s also very popular with seniors too. The food could have more flavour; it probably plays it safe. Fewer pickled vegetables for example. But for a family with small kids, or someone else looking for a VERY reasonably priced lunch or dinner; this cafe is a great choice.

Popped in here with friends for a lunch. I had booked a table, as I was told it can be busy. It does fill up in the lunch hour. We had a nice booth. If you want to order a large meal order from the main menu. The lunch menu has smaller options, suitably priced. Pizzas here are good as anticipated, I ordered meat lovers and was not disappointed. Others ordered, fish and chips, chicken parma, curry and a salad bowl. No one complained. Its good pub grub.

We’ve only just moved to Perth and this place was recommended to us. Rightly so. Excellent food, super friendly service, gorgeous cocktails and very reasonable pricing. They also do a wide range of Gluten Free options – 2 of our family are celiac and we’ve had no issues. It’s a busy place, so would recommend you book.
