Went to the Mandurah branch. Delicious dim sum. Doesn’t have the usual hum Sui gok or wu gok. Waiter tells us the menu has items more suited to western palette.

Hard to find, last In a row, good food, spicy food options, kid friendly, staff not friendly, convenient location with parking.

Easily the best dim sum food in Perth. Food is consistent here and quality better than the one in Cockburn and Northbridge. Clean, quiet and friendly staff.

Food was exquisite, shame about the staff trying to rush you out the door. Still went there 3 nights for dinner, prawn dumplings were my over all favorite with chili oil.

Went for lunch with family. Greeting wasn’t friendly at all and sadly he seemed to be the manager too. We couldn’t order half of the dishes we want because there wasn’t a Chef in the house, according to one of the staff. We never got our tea and one of the dishes we ordered. We gave up on asking after a few times realising they may be understaffed. One of the staff mentioned “there’s too many customers”

Food is average. But worst of all is the service. That happen very often in Chinese restaurant. Not really surprised me. They so proud of themselves to be rude and miserable. Once is enough. Thank you.

This place rocks! Never had dim sum before I came here and I was not disappointed. I love the tea, amazing fresh dumplings stuffed full of fresh prawns and tasty pork. Pork is fantastic, amazing special fried rice and love the combination noodles. The sweet and sour pork is really tasty too. Love going for lunch dim sum but also do takeaway fairly regularly. Meals are always great and the service is very authentic and friendly. Love this palace, I mean love this place!
