Today while ordering my take away donuts, an elderly lady who was nicely spoken asked for a coffee. The girl serving replied it would have to be in a take away cup as they were packing up. The lady then asked what time do you finish as it was clear she required to sit down with a porcelain cup, the girl replied 5pm. It was 3.40pm at the time but the girl refused to change her mind for the elderly lady. Does it take 1hr and 20 minutes to wash one cup of coffee? Complete disrespect for the elderly. I will not be returning again, maybe you should hire staff with less attitude and more professionalism.

I find it hard to believe.that you can’t get a flake shake at 10 to 5 when they close at 5.30pm. I was told we are about to shut it off. I asked 3 times and got told same thing. I asked who the manager was and then all of a sudden i could have one. I was going to buy a dozen hot donuts but was told that was also finished.
