My support worker and I drop in frequently and their range of doughnuts and beverages are beautifully fresh and tasty. They go above and beyond to accommodate my wheelchair and the service is quick and very friendly staff. This business has a great atmosphere for family or friends to drop in for a coffee or sit and eat.

Love the donuts from Donut King, Kings Meadows they are far superior not only in taste but also size and presentation so no need to go to Melbourne for those other donuts that cost an arm and a leg but go to Donut King Kings Meadows and keep it local. The cook deserves a gold medal. The staff are always friendly and happy and our coffees are just as we like them.

Food was nice, but establishment are sneaky about EFTPOS surcharge. Indication of surcharge is written in 14pt font on back wall but is impossible to read. When about to pay, server indicates it would be 7.70 not changing amount for surcharge. They grab my card as we are not allowed to tap our own card. After payment while waiting I noticed the surcharge and asked why they never disclosed actual amount before payment, she was rude and accusatory as though I was is in the wrong for questioning why the charge was so.. Nicer tact and a sorry would have made me happy and likely to return but I know know aeven a sweet doughnut can’t compensate for such rudeness to a simple question.

Saw the Manager identify herself then scream abuse at a customer who was trying to feed her baby. That manager was not happy making a total fool of herself in front of others but she came back for seconds. I feel VERY sorry for the poor lady with the baby. I certainly would not appreciate being treated like that! I wonder how on Earth people like that get jobs- especially Managerial positions when they obviously have NO people skills……
