I have to agree with the most recent reviews . The staff aren’t inviting if anything make the customer feel like a pest. And the quality of the milkshakes and doughnuts have gone down hill big time since change of management. I use to go every 2nd to third day to get a milk shake and hot cinnamon doughnuts for myself and my two boys but they have lost me , I refuse to waste the money you shouldn’t waste yours either

I have eaten there once the donuts are not fresh the icing just falls off the donut. By the way no one is going to pay 42$ for 12 donuts when they can either buy crispy cream in Woolworths that are delivered fresh everyday or you can just buy 2 6 packs of iced donuts for 12$ it is so shameful to charge so much for something classified as a treat. Please get old owners back not only they were kind but they sold almost everything that most donut kings do. All these people sell is donut and coffee and sometime hot dog and milkshake.

Saw one of the ladies clawing at her head above the donuts and letting her dandruff fall onto the food. Not only that but the doughnuts I purchased were so stale and hard as if they were cooked a week ago and left in the cabinet to sell. Gross!

The new owners of donut king are rude and have the worst attitude it seems like a task to just be polite. Nothing was set up and it took for ever to actually be served. The donuts are stale and greasy you can’t even get a coffee and your two donuts for free.

Drove from Bowral for a milkshake only to be told they are “only serving donuts” as they are closing. According to the opening hours on google I was there 40 minutes before close. Such an inconvenience. Please update your opening hours 🙂
