Was a regular customer but not anymore, seems this place is going downhill rapidly as far as customer service goes! Was there Friday morning wanting a cuppa and stood at the register FOR AGES waiting to be served. There was a guy making coffees who just ignored me and OK he was obviously busy but there was a woman standing out the back reading something off the wall and she just ignored me too so in the end I went and took my $ elsewhere. Try the cafe in the mall at least they seem to want business so you’ll get served! I don’t mind waiting when a place is busy but you seemed to have one person waiting for a coffee order (which was obviously being made) and no-one actually serving at the counter. Perhaps the lady hiding down the back (I could clearly see her so she could also see me) could spend some time at the register as she wasn’t doing anything

friday morning a very rude older lady serving me glared at me and talked to me in a very rude tone and proceeded to roll her eyes as i give her my money. every time i order something from this store and i see her serving, she gives people attitude and genuinely makes the place a bad vibe.
