Booked on The Fork, which I use regularly, this venue does not reserve a table for online bookings using apps, so said a barman on 1st floor when we arrived for our 630pm Friday night booking which I had a bonus 500 points allocated.

I have heard the American style burger was amazing so growing up in America I was keen to try them and let me tell you I was not disappointed. It was so good. It came with hot chips and sauce as well. Just like in America. I also tried the authentic style Buffalo wings and was not disappointed there either. I am definitely returning to try the rest of the menu. I also found the place to be clean and a nice Atmosphere in general with an airy outdoor area to enjoy fresh air while we ate. The service was prompt and friendly. I was Also greeted promptly on arrival and bid a smiling farewell on departure. Thanks guys

Went for lunch last week and it was an incredibly disappointing experience – up there with the worst burger you could find in the inner west. There were some issues in the kitchen so the burgers took over an hour to arrive – and were sub-par when they did. To have such dry patties is inexcusable. For $25 (the double OG) would be among the worst-value burgers I’ve ever eaten.

I had just gone to the gym next door. Good workout so what better than to wipe out all the goodness of exercise with the double OG – double patty double cheese pickles sauce toasty bun. Seriously good and tasty. As hungry as I was ate in small bites to make it last longer

Let me tell you, I am a man of my word, I do not lie and I do not steal. I have been blessed with many things in my life, great family, great friends, good job, and good memories. I have traveled to over 50 countries, all 5 continents and have eaten all types of food. I have had burgers from all over the world, the “best burger” in the world has been promised by 1000s of different places. “Oh you must try this burger, it’s the best.” Ive heard it all before, or the “nothing beats In N Out.” Trust me. If you said it, I’ve heard it. And I’m not gonna lie, I’ve had some good burgers. But nothing, absolutely nothing compares to the burger I had a Don Rodney’s. The first look at it, gorgeous, everything you want to see in a burger, it has it, from the bun, to the cheese dripping off the paddy, from the freshly picked lettuce ever so slightly poking its head out, to the tomatoes the ripest tomatoes I’ve ever had. When you first pick it up, you notice how heavy it is, boy does it have some weight to it, and then that first bite, oh boy that first bite. I’ve never in my life had a burger so good, that when I took my first bite, I couldn’t wait for the second bite, I was chewing but so sad that I hadn’t taken my second bite, it passes over you, this moment, so similar to the great things in life, your first kiss, when you hear your first born laugh for the very first time, when you get told you got your dream job, when you find out you’ve been accepted into your favourite college… all of those beautiful memories, and then for this moment as you’re chewing into this burger, they all come rushing back to you. Everything seems right in the world. Don Rodney’s gave me hope, this burger is hands down the greatest burger I have ever had. I’ve only written 3 reviews in my life before, but I wanted to inform whoever was thinking about going to Don Rodney’s for a good meal, I wanted to inform you, they will not disappoint, it will be the greatest experience of your life. Please enjoy, stay safe, and be sure to give a nod of approval to the chef, as that man knows what he is doing.

OMG the Nachos were the best I have had in all of Australia! Big servings great flavours, great staff and I am in love with what ever they do to there jalapeños and let me tell you the hot wings are to die for. I can’t stop thinking about all the amazing food we ate and we will definitely go back there when we visit Sydney again!!! I highly recommend if you want an amazing satisfying meal!
