We get pizza from here for a treat once a month or so and the 5 or 6 times we’ve had it from here it has always been consistently good. You can tell the manager takes her job seriously by the quality of the food that comes out. By far best dominos we’ve had around Australia so far.

We were heading home from Brissie and were freakin starving hungry. Gotta love the speed with which you can grab a Domino’s pizza. We grabbed a Cheese Pizza and just loved the huge amount of hot melted cheese to go! Thanks for being consistently good Domino’s.

Poor customer service. Very young staff that don’t pay attention. Difficult to deal with and gave me real cheese when I ordered a vegan pizza (because of allergies.) We even asked them multiple times when picking it up that it’s definitely vegan. Disappointed to find out it wasn’t vegan when it was too late for me to turn around

I would not ever recommended Dominos Woodford the staff are rude even when they are the ones that made the mistake the manager is inadequate to run a store or even be a face for any business. They forgot part of what we ordered then when I rang to talk to the management she argued with me even though it was not my mistake and blamed being under staffed for the mistake I don’t think there boss trains his stuff properly they use profanities most of their staff are rude. After tonight experience I would never support a busines that thinks it is acceptable for staff to be rude and disrespectful to their customers it has absolutely gone down hill since it changed hands. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Absolute worse customer service of any fast food restaurant/take away I have EVER been too. They are rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to make a refund when the mistake is on their behalf. I would gladly pay 4 times the price for a half decent pizza, just to get the better customer service.
