New review (deleted previous) – Two nights ago I ordered the premium garlic chicken and bacon pizza…yet not a single piece of bacon on the entire pizza. How do you not add one of the two key ingredients listed in the name, let alone only three tiny pieces of red onion.

Iordered two pizzas online and went to the store to pick them up when the app stated they were ready. The screen in the store showed the pizzas were ready, but when I asked for them, the cashier said that one pizza was ready but the other pizza was in the oven and it would be “5 minutes.”

I ordered a delivery order and due to dietary adjustments not being made which was clearly stated on the order my daughter went into Anaphylactic shock and wound up in the emergency room. Obviously when I returned home from the emergency room I called the store to complain and was promised a voucher for a free pizza which to be honest is the minimum they could have done but now refusing to honour said promised voucher. Absolutely appalling customer service after nearly killing my daughter.

What disappoints me is the fact that one of the sides of the “My Domino’s” deal box is labelled “buttermilk wings WITH aioli sauce” when it in fact hasn’t been provided 2/2 times that I’ve ordered it. This is very dissatisfying and I encourage you very urgently to PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SUPPLY ALL OF THE MEAL!! Especially when customers have paid extra for what you say you will provide.

Ordered a Supreme, Meatlovers and Double Bacon Cheeseburger. The Meatlovers and Double Bacon Cheeseburger were made okay but they were so overcooked and dry that I could barely eat half. The Supreme on the other hand was missing capicisum and spring onion and once again was overcooked. The one saving grace would have been a pepperoni on each slice and a decent spread of pizza sauce and cheese but it seems like they just dropped a whole lot of meat on it randomly which dried up like the other two pizzas.
