I ordered 2x pizzas delivered and paid extra for pineapple and the dairy free cheese on both. Neither pizzas arrived with the pineapple and one arrived with dairy cheese. I called the store and said there has been a mistake because I am allergic to dairy. The man I spoke to said he will make a new one and send it out. I called back 45 minutes later to follow up as I did not receive it yet. Another man answered and said they actually decided not to send out a new one because the changes to the pizzas “didn’t show up properly” when the order was printed in store and he believed it technically wasn’t their mistake if there was an technical error in the software in the store.

The most disgusting pizza we have ever had. Ordered the prawn pizza with cheese crust. When we opened the box it was a undercooked soggy mess. The pizza was saturated with juice. Was disgusting. We called the store and they gave us a refund. And offered to make another one. The 2nd one was no better. We wont be buying ever again.

they were 30 minutes late!! did not update the app ( uber eats ) when requested. even tho food was still warm, i do not like how late they were!!! we ordered at be 7:02 to be delivered at 8:25!! at our dominos that is a 4 minute drive to our house. still enjoyed but the food, but delivering was not good!!

I am really frustrated this time so I am writing the review. Usually I dont do all this stuff. But every time I order pizza from here there is always a thing or two is missing on pizza sometimes they are overcooked or not properly prepared. Today I ordered 2 pizzas and one of the pizza’s got all the toppings stuffed up on one side and the other half had nothing on it. You need to improve your quality guys this is not how you serve food, please.
