This is my favourite Domino’s store in Townsville. The staff here were super friendly, and the service was quick. They are running a “tight ship” here. Well done. You can even see them making the Pizzas.

Usually has a good feed . But I went in last night one of my pizzas had a mosquito in it and the other a bug. When I rang last night the manger seemed helpful but stuffed up my order, rang back today to be treated rude n nastly n hung up on repeatedly by the female manger of the day n told my food can’t of had bugs in it n that I was just lying had to argue to get my order that I was promised to be replaced.

Ordered online. 1.5hrs later, order hadn’t arrived. Rang the store only to be told they don’t have a driver tonight. Would of been nice to have been contacted when the order was placed. Drove over there to find 4 workers in the store standing around chatting. Apparently not 1 of these idiots can drive a car. I ask for my order and 1 of said idiots walks around the back and grabs my order. 1 room temp, hard pizza and garlic bread. Pathetic service from a bunch of clowns with no care

Every single time we come through and order straight to the car they always ignore it and instead wait for us to go in and grab it. I always order after an 8 hour shift so my feet hurt, I’m tried and just all over sore. My partner also has been diagnosed with severe anxiety so he has trouble in social situations. Tonight though, we park straight in front of the store and everyone obviously sees us as I made eye contact with multiple times with multiple of the workers. After 30 minutes of waiting I go in to see what’s taking so long and they have my order, they just didn’t bring it out to us. I understand sometimes things don’t go through the system properly but if you have a car sitting right in front of your store for 30 minutes maybe ask the car if they’re waiting on anything. It’s what I had to do when working in fast food for 4 years and what I have to do in my current job now in retail. After being obviously a little annoyed as I left someone left a snarky “have a good night” comment. Super disappointing.
