I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Dominos. I have been ordering a bunch of pizzas every fortnight from this store and everything has been great until recently. The last time I ordered pizzas (2nd August) the pizzas that arrived were about half the size that they usually are. I was confused and thought there may have been a mistake, so I called the store. I was handed over to the manager as the girl who answered wasn’t sure and suggested I ask him. He insisted that the size was the same as it has always been and that I was wrong. We went back and forth for legitimately 10 minutes and he kept insisting that the pizza is the same size. I don’t understand why I’d be ordering pizzas for 8 months fortnightly and all of a sudden perceive them to be significantly smaller? That makes no sense. In this image is what they deem to be a large pizza! As part of the usual bundle that I’d order (3 large pizzas + 3 sides). Wrote to Domino’s and all they said was thanks and that they’d pass the feedback to the store I’ll purchase pizza from George’s down the road, support a family business instead.

We order from this Dominoes regularly. They are consistently good in terms of food and service. Pizza is always fresh and hot.The staff are attentive and helpful. I called the store yesterday after placing an online order as the site crashed and I wasn’t sure my order went through. The lovely guy that assisted me easily understood my concern and advised it had gone through. While this is a small gesture, I appreciate the attentiveness. It’s the little things that count. Worst experience ever. You gius spread sauce all over in big quantity. Wow what a waste. Sad to know that dominos standard dropped so low. I ordered 6 items including 3 pizzas. What a poor presentation and worst way to spread sauce. If u guys dont want to work you shouldn’t. Jist quit. Why you wasting othe people money and their food. I am posting photos of what we had got. Two pizzas were THE THE WORST.i spent 38$ dollars and ordered three puzzas with garlic bread and drink. Vegorama Pizza was burnt also. Poor quality , worst presentation. I have never experienced this before. Never coming back to bella vista dominos. Also why there is no option to post photo. I have the photos for record.

I give this place a horrible rating. The food took half an hour. Half an hour for one pizza is insane like who takes that long to make one dam pizza and I customised my pizza and told them to put peri peri sauce, only one small customisation and they didn’t. I waited half an hour for one pizza and they didn’t even make it properly. Please save ur time and money and don’t come here.

hi I have voucher codes for 1 pizza delivered from 15$ , code is 782307, which is expiring on 23rd July, today is 22nd, but in apps it doesn’t work, not accepting my code which was belongs to bella vista store. so I called store and requested to deliver me tht pizza with tht voucher code which was not working in apps. I spoke with the staff member she was so rude to give me tht offer form15$ delivery. and she was telling me it’s ur voucher problem which is not working , it’s not dominos problem. I have tht email with voucher code. and manager Daniel refuse it and provide rude customer service . so I ordered from pizza hut and got my pizza on a fair price. will never order pizza again from Bella vista.

Was sent a flyer with vouchers on it and a big picture of the new franchisee. The coupon codes on the flyer said they were not valid at the bella vista store even though it was sent out by the Bella vista store? The pizzas I ended up getting really lacked, especially the loaded pepperoni, it only had toppings on half of it the other half was like plain cheese, which is insane considering loaded pepperoni is supposed to have “50% more pepperoni” and costs more… I always used to buy from them, I think it may be the new management…
