Firstly I’m not a local, but my lovely gf had a voucher ironically because the food wasn’t good the first time the owner invited her back with a voucher so out of good faith she returned with me but when we first walked in their was no service we seated ourselves we didn’t know whether to come to the counter or to wait so we waited for 15 mins and nothing so we walked up to the counter and a guy says no we come to you.. hmm ok than why did we wait so long when the place was empty? Absolutely disgusting I order a Thai beef salad for $27.50 I placed an order on ubereats. The salad looked n tasted absolutely disgusting no seasoning no dressings just some big cut veggies n rubbery beef in oil n the quantity for $27.50 is a shame.

Was really disappointed with the service and food. Seems like other customers have had a similar experience too. We sat around for quite some time until having to ask to order and being walked past constantly. I had ordered an açai bowl and it was so watery, on the menu it stated that it comes with the granola. There was no granola in it and we weren’t notified of this until receiving it. When asking the staff for some granola on the side they then notified us that they are waiting for their shipment. These types of things should be communicated with the staff and chefs before taking out the food. Even more disappointed that there was no empathy about the situation and we had to pay the full price.
