A really unique dining experience – you grab a big bowl and tongs, walk past the large array of vegetables, noodles, meats and other items and add what you like to the bowl. They then weigh the bowl and charge you by weight and ask if you’d like it as a soup or a stir fry. Both are delicious. Highly recommend trying at least once.

Amazing concept and we had fun with this. Had both sour and spicy, and original non-spicy broth. Both are equally good, rich and thick. There are more chili at sauce station. Service staff were nice to explain how it works. Very worth the money. Food taste great.

Such a fun concept! Food was good and would highly recommend! Keep in mind though that the “mild” level of spicy is still pretty spicy!

Taste was good. Also they have many kinds of ingredients. However the bowl to put the ingredients into was wet. After I paid for my bowl, I saw they put my bowl onto another bowl together. So the bowl’s bottom side was onto the ingredients of my bowl. I was pretty sure I took 2 sausages but when I had it I could see only one sausage.
