I was overly surprised about the food here. Ordered wedges, Mediterranean salad and bosciola. Food tasted delicious! I found the servings weere quite large and enough to share with someone. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside and had a view of the lake and golf course. Service was pretty good too! No complaints.

Had dinner with a party of 5 and we all ordered steak. Was cooked very well and of good quality. The drinks were also great and good value in comparison to Sydney prices. Live music created a nice vibe for a Friday night.

Breakfast here was a pleasant start to the day. I would recommend heating the plates though as by the time you get half way though the hot food it’s started going cold. But the view over the pool and the Golf course and lake is amazing. Plenty of selection for breakfast.

It was a great surprise to find this place. My friends and I were having trouble finding a nice place to have dinner Saturday night and this Bistro is simply fantastic! The view from inside is stunning and the food delicious. Price wise, excellent cost/benefit and, in top of that, the staff is super friendly! I do recommend!!! 🙂

Beautiful setup for a romantic dinner at the Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in Hunter Valley with subdued lights and cosy music. Food is great with a touch of modern Australian cuisine. They have a nice selection of wines and the staff is fast and friendly. Nice surprise for a resolution restaurant. Highly recommended.
