Best Indian Takeaway Perth Offering Stunning Indian Cuisines
Curry Affair is a casual dine-in/take-away café style restaurant. Originally situated in Subiaco for almost 20 years, Curry Affair moved premises in November 2008 to Malaga. We have many specialties on the menu: dosai/biryani/tandoori, as well as a wide range of delicious curries to suit your palate. All our curries are cooked in an authentic Indian style by a qualified Chef, using his own combination of fresh spices. No commercial curry powders or sauces are used. Every curry has its own unique flavour with a variety of mild, medium and hot curries available.

Tried this restaurant for the first time, ordered take away food especially Dosa’s and some entrees. Delivery was quick even under 30mins, food was delicious and lot of flavours. Spicy chutney was great. Overall it was yummy treat for my family. Will definitely go for the dine-in.

Had Uber Eats from the Curry Affair but decided to dine in over the weekend. Large choice of Indian meals at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and quick service. Enjoyed the Thali with a choice of 3 meat dishes, 2 vegetarian, Nann, Pappadum, Salad, pickles and 250ml drink for $24.50.

We love the food here. The owner is so nice and welcoming, this is our go to Curry spot everytime. We especially love Butter Chicken, Lamb Korma, Mutton, Chicken Biryani and can’t forget their Garlic Naan.

I begrudgingly buy from this restaurant. The dosai is good and we really like the butter chicken but the customer service is just bad…. Coconut chutney has also changed recipes lately and is inedible.

Bought two thali meals take away and I must say it’s not worth for $18. Very few meat in it and lots of rice and veggies. Worst service and I won’t go again.

This is my second time back, wasn’t sure if I reviewed this place when I came the first time. Overall the food was great. Sorry about the pictures, the food was too good, so we started eating before snapping a shot. We took a picture in the middle of eating. You could choose the $10.50 lunch special combo for one meat and two veg or $12.50 lunch combo for two meat and two veg. Both options give you a choice of rice, pratha or naan. Their Dhal was absolutely fantastic which I thought they could have given more. The rest of the food was well portioned. The spice was so good. The food was fresh. The only comment I would give would be, a friendlier service would be ideal and if you openly asked a customer if he/she wanted tea and not asked other customers, it would give a wrong impression about the level of service and professionalism especially so if the customer you asked happen to be Indian and we were not, so… granted with the benefit of the doubt that the customer might be a family friend or someone you know very well. So perhaps do it discreetly. I will definitely come back again.
