Just came here a little after 2pm on a Friday Afternoon… This place closes at 5.30pm… . There was two men in front of me. the young girl behind the counter didn’t even put her head up to greet me and said are you with them? I said No) Can I order a hash brown? She said I think the kitchen is closed goes and asked the Chef. Then laughing brings a black board out saying they are closed…. I then said forget it apparently it’s funny to have customers leave the store. I went to another coffee shop in the centre and spent $30.00 will not be back.

Went for a coffee after the bike ride. Friendly staff, nice coffee to enjoy with a view. Ask for a loyalty card for redeeming credits.

Went to sit down, first table had a collection of rubbish on the floor, second table had not been wiped down and was covered in old food. Went to order breakfast – items we wished to order were not available. Staff were really uninterested, unfriendly & unhelpful. Ordered 6 takeaway drinks – only received 5. Coffee was mediocre at best. Iced caramel latte was excessively sweet & undrinkable. Kids milkshakes were ok. Honestly would not visit again or recommend. Front of house staff were less than bothered – it appeared like customers were simply an inconvenience. If I could rate less than one star I would.

I always receive the most welcoming service and smiles from the staff at Crema. I ordered a small long black with cream on the side .. it was perfect! & very generous with the cream. I did not dine in but the other patreon’s food looked great

Cesear salad with not a green leaf in sight, bacon bits so hard you could fire them as projectile weapons and chicken that’s so dry that it makes dry communities look wet in comparison.
