Cheap, authentic and delicious. What else could you want? They also allow BYO. I came for a quick meal and ordered the brown noodle soup. It was quite fragrant and a tad sweet with a strong hint of aniseed. It’s not something I’ve tried before so I was pleasantly surprised, and they made it very spicy too (even medium is quite spicy so beware what you ask for)! I can’t believe all their meals are $12 in this day and age. I would come and eat here all the time if I lived in Coolangatta!

Good food great price. Very small indoor area for seating. Tables outside. Nice atmosphere with neighbouring restaurants having seats outside too. It’s a bit of a vibe there. It feels a bit like being in Asia! It’s not a fancy place but everyone I took there was very comfortable and happy with their food.

The real Wow!! for this restaurant is it Opens at 11-30am and Closes at 8-30pm, 7 days a week and the prices do not go up. I have been to this location several times and have found the staff to be friendly and helpful, all meals are $12 and for this price you have a choice of Chicken, Beef, Pork, Seafood, Prawn, Tofu or Mixed, with your meals, plus Vegan is available on most of their meals and you also have a choice of Mild, Medium or Super Spicy on all meals. My Partner is Asian and she has loved all the meals she has had. What more could you want for $12. Colin

I’ve eaten here before & been impressed but not today! We got Pad Thai & Chilli Basil, both with prawns. The prawns were rotten & should have been thrown away. Also the Pad Thai was very over cooked, all the ingredients were burned, especially the egg & the noodles were covered in ash from all the previously cooked dishes of the day. The ladies were nice as usual but the food was horrible. We won’t be back!

Good food and prompt service in a little streetside cafe. I had the pad krapow which was delicious although it lacked a little lime and basil for my taste. My wife had the pad see ew and that was nice, too. I was glad I read the other reviews suggesting the spicyness is high. I like my food pretty spicy but medium was hot enough for me!
