Amazing place to eat! The sandwiches are excellent! So many yummy options to choose from. They are generous in the fillings and portion. The price is great too. I recommend the chicken, schnitzel bacon toasted sandwich. Also the guinness sausage, fried egg, caramelised onion on Turkish panini bread. I had the zuchini mushroom tart with side of broccoli salad. It taste so good. And then we had the gelato too. The service was great too. The manager/owner was accommodating to our needs (it was 7 of us). Go and visit Cool Eats when you’re in Mandurah!

A very nice and neat cafe located in the heart of Mandurah foreshore, didn’t have any food, but there is a good variety of icreams and cakes. The kids seem to enjoy their ice cream, and I my coffee and cake.

Yahava coffee was ok. The cheese and tomato croissant was yum. Flaky pastry and cheesy. Also ham and cheese toasty was very good. So much cheese and yum. Location is very good too!
