Probably the best food I’ve had on the Gold Coast having lived in the area for the past 6 months. The menu is a great example of modern Australian cuisine combining Mediterranean and other European flavours. The trio of dips I had as a starter was sublime, and really set the tone for the rest of the meal me and my partner had. I highly recommend the spinach and ricotta ravioli, which has perfectly balanced flavours. There’s also plenty to choose in terms of red wines, and the cocktails are on point too.

Everything to love about Como Kitchen & Bar. Hard to believe Como opened only two weeks ago. The decor and furnishings are stylish and comfortable, the ambiance is soothing and relaxing. The menu is Mediterranean inspired and varied to satisfy all tastes and diners needs. The staff are welcoming and offer professional and friendly service. I am pleased with stumbling upon Como Kitchen & Bar during an overnight visit to the area. Highly recommended.

Our last dinner in Australia before returning to New Zealand tomorrow and we chose Como, the best decision. Medium rare Rib-Eye, with King Prawns and mash…the steak was cooked to perfection, honestly it melted in my mouth. Kudos chef.

By far the best meal I’ve had in a long time and quite a surprise as I was only in the area for a day. Pork belly was cooked to perfection , cauliflower purée was a pleasant surprise, overall sweet and savory in perfect balance. I chose to also order the roast potatoes which were also excellent, though the pork belly alone would have been a substantial enough meal. This place is new and was recommended by my Uber driver , best recommendation ever. Thanks team.

Popped in for lunch , greeted warmly by Harrison the manager, checked the menu and ordered the warm olives and the figs, both delicious, the figs were warm and glazed in honey and was based on a Croatian recipe, definitely try them, onto mains and I tried the whiskey sauce pork belly, sou vide for 30 hours then finished on the grill for some crispness, amazingly tender and a very generous portion size, my wife had the prawns and scallops, the prawns had a lovely chilli bite and the scallops served roe on with a creamy white wine and pancetta sauce, she found it quite rich but I loved it as I like rich flavour, easy fixes with a squeeze of lemon, the rocket, pear and parmesan salad was incredible, drizzled in truffle balsamic, onto another generous serve of the home made sticky date pudding, again was enough to share for 2 and full of flavour, tried a watermelon Margi, crisp zingy flavour and a nice finish to an amazing lunch experience, have dined at Sails in Noosa and this was as good if not better, definitely better value given the portion sizes, wish Harrison all the best and if he can keep that quality and quantity as it is now this place deserves to flourish, will definitely be back and recommend to all, the decor is super cool and will be a lovely place for a Sunday arvo drink with some live music
