When you can smell the fragrance from parking lot, you know it’s gonna be a great Chinese restaurant. And Coast Dumplings didn’t disappoint. Very generous portion size, fried rice (as a side to the main dish) has so much chicken, ham and prawn, also amazing wok hay! For main dish I had chilli oil fish, it is 100% authentic, tastes just like home. Very friendly service too.

The food here will leave you wanting more; more flavour, more in the serving, more sauce, more sauce with more flavour. Basically, you will need to order a second meal from elsewhere if you need a decent feed.

Lovely place to visit for Chinese food. My family and I ordered some vegetable fried rice and dumplings which were well cooked and tasty. The restaurant was busy taking takeaway orders when we arrived, but we received our meal fairly quickly and were reassured.

The food is very good. Their estimation of order time is terrible. Last two times I have waited 15 mins in excess of the order time quoted on the phone. Obviously don’t care about the value of a customer’s time. Get it right.

They have beautiful food at this restaurant, home made dumplings are the best! They also have authentic spicy Chinese hot pots, yum yum!

The first time here the food was amazing and a good size serve at a decent price… especially good honey chicken and fried rice. Went back again the next day and got food for friends and was pretty disappointed, we got 3 meals with fried rice and a main, the prawn omelette was very flavourless only a very slight soy taste and the fried rice with it was really really bland this time no soy taste or flavour at all just rice and vege, the honey chicken was nice again but the fried rice with it was the same and the kungpao chicken was good even with the flavourless fried rice that you pay extra for and lastly the mongolian lamb was very nice. I’ll give this place another go and hope all the food goes back to the same quality it was the other day… with over half the order nearly completely flavourless if it wasn’t so good the first time I probably wouldn’t go back.
