Terrible tasting coffee. The cappuccinos we ordered were bitter and the texture was poor. To their credit the young girl remade mine for me – unfortunately it was even worse the second time around.

Me and a friend went to club crepery and ordered cappuccinos and waited almost an hour before going and asking why our coffees were taking so long and was told they were busy got our coffees a few minutes later and they were almost cold so didn’t enjoy them anyway. Me and 3 friends went in there yesterday and 2 of my friends ordered frappes and sandwiches waited almost a half hour before going and asking about the coffees a staff member bought them over slammed one down on the table and walked away saying get your coffee from McDonald’s next time and gave my friend the finger another friend went over to talk to the staff member and I noticed the coffee dripping onto the table took it over the staff at club crepery and tried to explain the cup was split they didn’t want to know about it and my friend asked a few times for another frappe to be made and the staff refused repeatedly to do so another friend went over to talk to the staff about their behaviour towards us and other customers told her to leave the store and said the staff didn’t do anything wrong well they didn’t see what happened at the table to start with and should have stayed out of it anyway we left there feeling upset and stressed after just wanting to catch up and have lunch as we normally do we are loyal customers and should be treated with respect and hope this matter is dealt with appropriately

Had the Californian and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere calm and eclectic. A little hideaway from a sometimes crazy mall.

We were visiting from out of town and had heard it was great. The kitchen was unfortunately closed by the time we arrived at 2.30, but there were still food items in the cabinet. Leaving this review as we weren’t sure it was open (Facebook page is gone and phone number is wrong), but it is definitely still there.

Just had coffee and pikelets. Pikelets were so thin couldn’t cut them with a knife and they were burnt underneath. Very disappointing as we used to love going in there for pikelets.

I took my sister who lives in Bundaberg for lunch here. The asian mature lady who served us advised us that lunch had finished. We then thought we might have coffee and cake and we were told we could only sit at a table at the front that was dirty and still had food on it as they had to mop the floors. It was approximately 40 minutes before closing time.. my sister looked at me and we went else where…not good for visitors to our city.

The worse food, service and cafe interior. Tried her to enjoy a sit down coffee with some friends. Plenty of tables vacant. The Asian lady who served us at the counter had an attitude and said we cannot dine in but can dine outside in the public area because it’s “almost cleaning time”. Coffee was watery and extremely hot and lacked flavour. Sandwiches were not toasted and so simple I could’ve went to Coles myself if I wanted to. No cutlery or napkins were given. The interior is outdated and disgusting. Fruit, food and pastries were old, poorly displayed and unappealing. The Asian lady had to grab a calculator and used it multiple times to tally up the total transaction. Update the technology, clean up the interior, improve on the customer service and attitude!
