I won’t be going to Cibos again …ive been a few times now, and today was the worst . Prices are exorbitant and there was an exceptionally young person taking orders who had no customer service skills, didn’t listen properly etc so as a result we never ever recieved a drink that was ordered …after receiving everything else . Till I had to go and hassle about it – and tge blonde woman had the hide to question with a face like thunder (which she usually has so obviously grumpy ..and the dude also running things flung me an irritated look/question as if I’m at fault!) Zero customer service ..adults and children alike working there today. If your staff can’t get an order right and don’t concentrate don’t take it out on the people paying your exorbitant rates ok. And if you’re too busy keeeping up and resent the “interferance” of customers = why did u get a Cafe business in the first place! ?? And by the way there’s really no atmosphere in the place ..zero vibe.

Don’t believe what they put on their napkins. Very disappointed. They don’t do table service, so I found out after I’d taken my seat. Coffee and food arrived at the same time. So either my coffee or food go cold depending on which I had first. So if you have to go back to collect your food you can loose your table. If you’re a parent with small kids do you leave them at a table or try to struggle through to the counter with them and then to a table with food as well. Basically it’s a fast food outlet with better seating and food. Dirty dishes on tables.

Same as other cibos, the only highlight was the very warm and friendly service offered by the guy with beard (possibily the owner?) who always had smiles and greeted customers.
