I enjoy Chosen Bean. It’s a very nice spot, offering both indoor and outdoor dining. Their coffee beans are great, I definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re into making coffee at home.

This is a cosy little place at the far end of the shops on Mountaingate. However, there is room for improvement. Staff were not exactly very warm and friendly. Just doing the job sorts. We only ordered 2 soups – A chicken and ginger soup and a mushroom soup. We had to wait nearly 40 mins before it was delivered to us. Food was good but the place could do with friendlier staff.

Food was good and lots of creative dishes. So, must be talented chefs. But staffs should be trained. Went for father’s day today and no smile or real welcoming from waiters. The majority of waiters looks tired and grumpy. Some improvement will help create a good vibe which is necessary for a cafe.

Lovely little place the is open nice and early for the morning people. Beautifully crafted meals and a nice sweet matcha latte. The staff were very friendly and appeared at our table to take our drink orders right away while we checked the menu. We had the Eggs Your Way (where they were happy to add avo and salmon) and The Avo (I think that’s what is called?). Definitely recommend checking this place out. Huge carpark out front and easy enough to find in the Mountain Gate Shops.
