Very confused restaurant with ordinary food. Staff are working hard and do a great job. It seems quite obvious the owners want the restaurant to be a jack of all trades but it end up being a mess. Wait was too long, food was below average.

Chookas roasts is by far the best customer service you’ll ever receive in Ballarat. After menulog making me wait 2 hours for delivery and never delivering it. Andre from chookas roasts was amazing. With remaking my food so it’s fresh, apologising when it wasn’t even their fault , going above and beyond making sure I got a refund and that I still got my food. The food is great quality, with loads of gluten free options. They will now forever be my favourite restaurant. A huge thank you to Chookas, I will definitely be ordering here again.

Sorry guys, this food was proper bad. A chook from the supermarket is much nicer. Avoid. Way over priced for what it was. It didn’t even have stuffing. Dry and just plain bad. Sorry!!!! ☹
