Revised opinion. You just need to use the right staff member. When you do, it’s about as good as food court Chinese gets and they will cook it as you want. The elder lady and young man who serve front of house pay attention and get to know you. The other front of house staff… less so.

I ordered china bar fried rice extra extra spicy there was hardly any meat egg or vegetables and very very dry. Tried several times to ring them no answer. After about 5/6 times someone answered and then did connected. Paid so much for it and could not enjoy my meal. Very very disappointing

The worst customer service I ever had so far in any restaurant in Australia. We normally go to Berwood and experienced excellent service with high quality foods. So disappointed here, ordered dine in food , however they put into takeaway containers. 90% rice with very little meat and vegetables, no taste at all. No enough sauce in it! Never come to this place again!!!!!! Better close this place to protect the reputation of trade name! If there was zero star I would give that to Casey central china bar!

I ordered a big plate of crispy noodles and pork buns to be shared with my sister. I asked for 2 disposable plates and was told I have to pay for it. WTH !!! I bought lunch from them and they wouldn’t give me plates to eat it. Just pathetic this place, it’s all about profit not service and the food is not that good anyway. I wonder how much they will charge for chopsticks ??
