I usually have my lunch there. They sell chicken popcorn and rice for 11 bucks. Its enough for one person to fill their stomach to full. Staff is good. Its closed on sunday. Sometimes i find they open late on weekdays as well.

Placed an order online for the Bentley store (as we usually do, they no longer take phone orders), order was not accepted and was sitting on pending for a good 20mins… Called in and girl on phone says they don’t take online orders, only the Perth store does… I mentioned to her we ALWAYS order online and she said no…. I asked if they take orders on the phone she said no, so i than pointed out so how do we order, she put me on hold and came back and said sorry we do take online orders…. Chickin needs to employ people who know what’s going on. Staff is so unfriendly in store as well… Have issues with orders too often… Where order gets cancelled if they don’t have a drink we put on order…. If we didn’t thoroughly enjoy the food we definitely wouldn’t be going back……

Service could be better and quicker as it’s a fast food restaurant. Would recommend a extra staff .As u can see all the food is ready prepared before but it took them over 10 minutes.

this opened up after the one in the city shut its doors. menu the same, pretty good location, but wished it was a bigger space for customers (the kitchen seemed bigger than it needs to be). nonetheless, same taste, same quality, but most of their staff are still new – still friendly and helpful though.

Shop is located near the woolworths entrance. Staff were friendly and attentive. Service was quick. Ordered a mixture of all 3 types of chicken. Fried and spicy chicken were well cooked, crunchy and tasty. Grilled chicken was sub-par unfortunately. I think they didn’t grill it long enough (or the heat was too high) as the chicken was still a little pale despite having some scorching marks and the fat hadn’t rendered enough yet.

Poor customer service from the counter. Sulky and attitude throughout the ordering…The line was not that long, however the cashier wasnt doing her job well. We weren’t greeted with a smile and when we ordered the meal, I wasnt aware that the drinks are not included cos this is my first time. The menu said MEAL. So obvious I assume a meal should include drinks like KFC OR MACCAS. Well cashier didn’t make any offer to top up for drinks for $3.50 or whatever. So I ordered J.ChickPop Meal which was supposed to be a Junior Meal. I even pointed at the photo. But I was served without the Ribena drinks and chips for my boys..when my husband asked about the drinks, she said that I didn’t place any order for meal. For God’s Sake, my husband was beside me when I ordered. He heard what I ordered. We are very disappointed with the service. learn to greet and smile to customers like those wonderful people at Chocking Applecross. Please buck up your services.

Chicken was too dry. We bought burgers but it was cold and dry. The Chicken was not freshly cooked and it’s been in the oven too long. There’s only one counter at peak hours. Poorly managed store. The popcorn chicken was super dry and hard. Miscommunication with the cashier. She didn’t key in the right order. She didn’t even apologize but instead push the blame to my wife for ordering the ChicPop without a meal when I clearly heard my wife ordering the kids meal. It’s disappointing really..this is a bad experience for us. But we always had a good experience in Applecross however not for Bently. If you want to serve customers, do it with a smile and enthusiasm.
