To be honest I’m not impressed with the banh mi. The place was very busy so maybe they dropped the ball a bit. What bothered me was that the bread was a bit dry and all the ingredients were too cold and underseasoned, especially the pickled carrot. That said, this place is very popular with the locals and I had to wait 15 minutes as there were so many orders, so they might just have had a bad day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
